Our range of services in fiber optic expansion mainly includes: Cable blow-in and cable pull-in work, fiber to the home (FTTH), fiber to the buildung (FTTB), fiber tot the curp (FTTC), route expansion, sleeve processing, final assembly in the server cabinet with patch panels, monitoring and evaluation, troubleshooting, fault service, client representative/construction monitoring.
The blow-in devices for micro and mini cables used by us are approved by Deutsche Telekom within the framework of ZTV TK-Netz 40 for blowing in micro and mini cables.

MOUNTING
Splicing devices are required for processing the ultra-thin fibers. We work in our company with high quality splicing equipment from Fujikura.

With appropriate devices and light coupling, the optical fibers are precisely brought together and then connected by means of arc welding, the so-called splicing of the optical fiber.
Fiber optic splice boxes are required for fiber optic splicing. Here, the optical fibers are brought together by means of pigtails.
Fiber optic splice boxes are available in a variety of designs, e.g. as a sleeve for buried installation, as a surface-mounted box and the most common variant as a 19″ splice box usually with 1 U (height unit approx. 45 mm high).
FO splice boxes are available with different connector outlets, the most common FO connectors are ST / SC / LC and E 2000.
For the connection it is secondary which plug connection is chosen, this is done in any case with an FO patch cable, which is adapted to the local situation, e.g. FO splice box with SC couplings, active FO component with LC connection.
FO patch cables are available in different lengths. Common is e.g. 2 m. Alternatively, any other length can be manufactured.
For indoor use, the FO multimode cable with 50µ/125µ is usually used.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION
After assembly, each individual fiber is measured from both sides with leading and trailing fibers using high-quality measuring equipment from Exfo.
